Bring any vaccination or medical records, details of current medication, and the questions you would like to ask. Please keep dogs on a lead and cats or smaller pets in a secure carrier.
03What if my pet needs urgent help?
Call 011 979 1776 before travelling so the team can advise you. If the practice is closed or you cannot reach the team, contact your nearest open emergency veterinary hospital. Do not wait for an email or social media reply.
04Can I bring a bird or a smaller companion?
